Wild Rumpus is a new music collective dedicated to the collaborative development of new works by emerging composers. The Spring Concert will feature world premieres of works by Nomi Epstein, Florent Ghys, Jenny Olivia Johnson, Dan VanHassel, and Yao Chen. By creating a space for experimentation, risktaking, and dialogue, we hope to be challenged and excited by the music we make, and to support the artistic/technical growth of the composers who work with us. Our first season includes thirteen world premieres of music commissioned for us.
